Shipping Japanese maples is our speciality . Acersonline currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order.
All packaging is done with the utmost of care with the acer in mind. Shipping Acers is done by leaving the acer in the container and placing a bag around the pot to prevent the soil spilling. They are then tightly secured to the box to prevent movement during transit.
Orders placed after 12pm on Thursdays will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
